This painting is an homage to my hometown of Bath in England, and depicts 195 of the characters you might come across in the city - some well known, others less so.
Look closely and you'll spot (amongst others) Johnny Depp, Nicholas Cage and John Cleese. You'll also find a statue of Julius Caesar, a wax figure of Jane Austen, the ghost of Ralph Allen, Natural Theatre Company characters, Big Issue vendors, various well-known buskers and a pig (based on the legend of King Bladud and his pigs who discovered Bath by rolling in the mud in 863BC).
The painting has been exhibited in Victoria Art Gallery (UK), The Museum of National History (DK) and Ljunbergmuseet (SE).
